What are the costs?

Legal Aid for many prison law cases is now limited. However, we can provide advice and assistance in relation to certain cases on a fixed fee basis.

For any work we cannot do on a fixed fee basis, we can work on an hourly rate. We will discuss your funding options at the outset, give you a clear estimate of likely costs, and keep you informed of costs incurred at regular intervals.
